A Typical Day Includes:

Player Evaluation & Assessment

Players are evaluated on their current skill set, athletic ability, fundamentals, and areas for continued development.

Professional Skills Training

High-level instruction covering hitting, defense, throwing, position-specific work, softball IQ, and overall player development.

Team Practice & Development

Lincoln and his staff can work directly with individual teams, helping implement advanced practice structure, drills, preparation, and development standards.

Coach Education

Work directly with your organization’s coaches on practice planning, player development, team culture, communication, and building a successful program.

Player Development Conversations

Help athletes understand what they need to improve, how to train with purpose, and what separates players as they move toward higher levels of competition.

Parent & Recruiting Education

An opportunity for parents and players to learn more about the recruiting process, realistic expectations, exposure, communication, and navigating the path toward college softball.
