When Wow Factor Athletics, Inc. launched its baseball division, the vision was simple: build one of the premier travel baseball organizations in the United States through elite player development, exceptional leadership, and a relentless commitment to athletes and their families.
In three years that vision has become reality.
Today, Wow Factor Baseball is recognized as one of the nation’s premier travel baseball organizations, producing thousands of college commitments, dozens of MLB Draft selections, and consistently competing against the best programs in the country.
Now, we are bringing that same championship mindset to softball.
The Next Chapter Begins
As Wow Factor Softball enters its third year, our commitment has never been stronger.
From day one, our goal has never been to simply add another softball program. Our mission is to build the premier travel softball organization in the United States.
That vision requires investing in the right people, the right culture, and the right opportunities for every athlete who wears the Wow Factor uniform.
The addition of one of the most respected player development leaders and coaches in the game Lincoln Martin as our National General Manager is another major step toward that vision. It reflects our commitment to providing our athletes with elite instruction, proven leadership, and a development pathway that prepares them to compete at the highest level.
Incredible Growth
The growth of Wow Factor Softball has exceeded every expectation.
In just two years, the program has grown from three teams to more than 75 teams across the country entering Year 3.
That growth is a direct reflection of the trust families, coaches, and players have placed in our organization. More importantly, it demonstrates that athletes want to be part of a program built on development, relationships, and long-term success—not just weekend trophies.

Wow Factor Softball will compete in the nation’s premier events against the best players and organizations in the country.
We are building teams capable of competing for national championships while helping every athlete reach her highest potential—whether that goal is earning a college scholarship, representing Team USA, or pursuing opportunities beyond the game.
